By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Course fees for the Course using the payment method selected on the enrolment form.

The participant accepts that he/she will not share the course in its entirety with anyone other than himself/herself. If the participant is found sharing the course they will be un-enrolled effective immediately and removed from all and any databases including the support group 

The participant agrees and acknowledges that this is an extension of the Masterclass only and is to be used for informational purposes only. They further understand that is their sole responsibility to ensure that all legal working requirements are met before undertaking any skin penetrating procedures within their working region.

The participant notes that legal requirements differ depending on regulatory bodies within continents, countries or states. It is their sole responsibility to make sure they meet any and all legal requirements and regulations. 

The participant accepts that only one IP address is to be used for the duration of the course. 

The participant agrees that if another IP address is required then approval in writing must be provided by Illusion Luxe Pty Ltd.

The participant accepts and agrees that if more than one IP address is used for access at any time then they will be un-enrolled from the course without notice. 

 The participant accepts that he/she is not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. 

The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course. 

The duration of the course is 90 days from the day of purchase.

The participant will not be able to access the course after the 30-day period is up. The participant accepts that the duration time of the course enrolment is subject to change at any time without notice. 

 If the participant chooses wishes to extend their enrolment period they may purchase an extension to regain access to the course with an additional fee of $499.00 AUD. This will in addition give the participant another 30 days from purchase.  

Enrolment extensions can only be purchased within 180 days from the date of which they purchased the course.

Course commencement is the date upon which we receive your course fees in full. 

Participants are unable to graduate from their course until exams are passed at a satisfactory level of 100%.
